福績樹脂化工股份有限公司於西元1984年成立在台灣，營運初期以生產PU接著劑為主，供應鞋膠及貼合膠予國內製鞋廠及布料加工廠，自西元2005年起，福績開始將服務範圍向海外拓展，陸續於中國、越南、印尼、柬埔寨等地設立服務據點，近年銷售範圍亦擴及印度、菲律賓、巴西及泰國等。
Founded in 1984 in Taiwan, FWU JI Resins Chemical Industry Co., Ltd. is mainly engaged in the manufacturing of PU adhesives. In the early years, our adhesives were distributed largely to domestic shoe factories and textile finishing plants. Since 2005, FWU JI Resins has been extending its services abroad, with new locations in China, Vietnam, Indonesia and Cambodia. In recent years, product sales have also expanded to India, the Philippines, Brazil and Thailand.
